Gizmodo has some fantastic coverage of Treehugger.com founder Graham Hill's apartment in New York. This tiny house, with its eight transforming rooms, packs all the necessities of a full size home into a mere 420 square feet. Appropriately, the hyper-functioning space is called a "Life Edited" apartment. Essentially a square cube, the home features a living room/office that transforms into a bedroom; a telescopic dining table and chairs for 10 untuck from a modular wall closet and fit nicely into the living room; a guest room features pull-out wall beds for extra sleeping; a hidden closet is accessed on tracks behind a dividing wall; and a fully-functional kitchen and bathroom.
